I see this site as a window to my images. All of the images on this site are made in a wet darkroom with only the finest materials available, using age old techniques that date back well in excess of 100 years.
Each image will start it's life as a negative, light etched in silver, reflected from the scene before me. Then, printed on a fiber paper, being 100% true to the craft, the image will slowly be brought to life in the darkroom, the projected image being carefully manipulated, dodged and burnt, often balancing on the very fine line between fine print or disaster, untill it resembles the image that was first seen in my minds eye, making each image a unique piece of art.
